Either INT or EXT to show whether the scene is taking place inside or outside.

Time Of Day: DAY, NIGHT, EVENING, EARLY EVENING, DUSK, MORNING, DAWN, MOMENTS LATER, CONTINUOUS

Camera Movements
Some scripts include the camera movements.
for example "the camera slowly pans around to reveal the masked killer"

However many directors don't like this because they want to direct the camera movements themselves.

Additional Terminology
Beat - a brief pause
(V.O.) - Voice over
(O.S.) - Offscreen
(O.C.) - Offcamera
Intercut - a series of shots cutting
